后處理車間建筑面積7300平方米,設(shè)有熱處理、打磨和校正工段。擁有先進(jìn)的水韌 (調(diào)質(zhì))熱處理生線,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高鋼、合金鋼和奧氏體不銹鋼的特地加熱和水冷要求。同時(shí),我們具備先進(jìn)的DHT錘頭的梯度淬火、高鉻鑄鐵件的風(fēng)冷淬火、馬氏體耐磨鋼的板錘、篩條和反擊板風(fēng)霧淬火工藝和設(shè)備。打磨采用底抽濾桶過(guò)濾粉塵,布局有立式液壓機(jī)和臥式液壓機(jī),可以對(duì)各類鑄件進(jìn)行校正達(dá)到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要求。后處理車間具備精整20T以下重量的各類鑄件,年處理能力達(dá)30000噸。
The post-processing workshop has a building area of 7,300 square meters and is equipped with heat treatment, grinding and calibration sections. With advanced water toughening (quenching and tempering) heat treatment production line, it can meet the special heating and water cooling requirements of high steel, alloy steel and austenitic stainless steel. At the same time, we have advanced gradient quenching of DHT hammer head, air cooling quenching of high chromium castings, blow bars of martensitic wear-resistant steel, sieve bars and impact plate air fog quenching processes and equipment. Bottom suction filter bucket is used for grinding to filter dust. The layout has vertical hydraulic press and horizontal hydraulic press, which can calibrate various castings to meet product design requirements. The post-processing workshop is capable of finishing all kinds of castings weighing less than 20 tons, with an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons.
